Yes, you will receive the same product that you can see in the photographs. However, our products are handmade, there can be minor differences between any two pieces of the same product.
We do not accept returns of any item. We accept exchange only in case of a manufacturing defect.
We will email the sales receipt along with all the order details. Also, a printed copy will be sent with your purchase.
Our products are made with handcrafted techniques which require special skills of our artisans. Few of our products are one of a kind and restocking those may result in slight changes. In that case, we will make sure to notify you about the differences.
Our products are time consuming and a lot of techniques are season based. So restocking may take a while, but we will try our best to restock your favourite item as quickly as possible.
We ship the order within 1-2 business days, it should be delivered within 5-7 business days.
A shipping tracking id will be sent to you on the email id provided within 48 hours of your order.
In case of a manufacturing defect, we request you to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or notify us via whatsapp or a phone call at +91-98290-18513 about the same, within 48 hours of delivery.
Once we receive your request, we will schedule a pickup with our shipping partner. This usually takes 1-2 working days. We request you to repack the product as it had been received by you, along with the invoice and product tags.
Once we receive the package and confirm the product, we will ship the replacement to you.
